Dwellers in the Fog

Spent a warm, sunny day in Oakland (67 degrees!) and drove back into a strangely foggy San Francisco. The different microclimates here in the Bay are always a trip.

Highlight of the day: Throwing around the football during lunch with a few of m’ students. Feels like it’s been eons since I’ve stood in the parking lot at Diedrich’s (or wherever), half-conversing, half-tossing the ol’ pigksin with a chum or two. What a great feeling.

Not-so-great part of the day: Slamming my face into a gate. Yeeeouch.

Off to the Beanery now for some serious study-age. Last midterm Friday morning and then SoCal beckons on Saturday! Woohoo! I’m comin’ home!
